Kern UID floor scales with capacities from 600 kg to 3000 kg. Kern UID floor scales are a high-resolution dual-range pallet scale with M Class approval for trade use. There are a large number of connectivity options available for this balance. They are available with an optional calibration certificate and a range of accessories.

  • Dual-range pallet scale! Ideal, when high maximum loads need to be weighed, but in the lower load range you still need high resolution. This means that two balances can be replaced with one – which saves space and money!
  • High mobility thanks to battery operation for display device and platform
  • Load support: steel, powder coated, 4 silicone-coated aluminium load cells, protection against dust and water splashes IP67
  • The scale can be easily transported using 2 rollers and a handle and does not require much storage space
  • Thanks to interfaces such as RS-232 or USB, WiFi, Bluetooth, Ethernet (optional), the scale can easily be connected to existing networks. Data exchange between the scale, PC or printer
  • Dosage aid controlled through the display. Only possible through RS-232 data interface
  • NEW: from now on the calibrated models can be operated with an optional data interface, such as Bluetooth, WiFi, LAN (optional alibi memory required). This enables convenient data transfer of weighing results in legal-for-trade applications
  • Possible application scenarios for interfaces:
    - RS-232, included in the scope of delivery, e.g. for connecting a PC or printer
    - LAN, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB for PC, optional, e.g. for connecting a PC or peripheral device
    - USB for USB stick, optional, e.g. for exporting alibi data to a USB stick or hard disk
    - Digital I/O, including signal lamp, optional, e.g. for optical support during weighing with tolerance range, piece counting etc.
  • Protective working cover included with delivery
  • Note: For verified scales the weighing bridge must be fixed to the floor. Optionally, with an access ramp, a footplate pair or a pit frame
  • Limited tare range with verifiable models (1/6 from [Max])
  • Our large, heavy KERN floor scales are sent in a sturdy wooden crate, to ensure safe transportation and protection of the measuring equipment
